While we cannot administer medical advice, our Medicore Customer Service Team members are available to assist you with the ordering of any Medicore product. Our toll-free number is 1-888-659-0188 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST (7:00 am to 3:00 pm PST / 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Shipping

FREE standard shipping*on all orders over $100.(1)(2)

Flat Rate Shipping*on all orders under $100 is $6.50.

All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.

SALES TAX: All orders delivered to Tennessee will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Most orders will be shipped within one business day. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to ship in one business day, we will send an email notification. Our corporate offices and main warehouse are in Nashville, TN. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 2-5 business days.

(1)Hawaii and Alaska: Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. If your order is over $100 please make a note in the COMMENTS section or call us and ask us to evaluate the shipping charges. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is USPS only. Please make a note in the COMMENTS section or call us to evaluate the shipping charges if an order is requested to be shipped by another carrier. Orders to these areas will be sent USPS unless otherwise requested. Please call, email or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas.

(2)If you return items that drop your total order below $100, you will be charged the flat rate of $6.50.

International Orders: We do NOT accept international orders.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2ND DAY & OVERNIGHT):

UPS Only: All 2nd Day and Overnight packages are shipped via UPS.

Not all items are available for expedited shipping: If the item you requested is not available for expedited shipping, you will be notified of the first available shipment date. At that time, you will be given the option to keep your expedited shipping selection for when the item does become available for shipment or change to regular ground shipping.

Expedited Orders: If you have chosen expedited shipping for your order, the order must be placed before 1:00pm CST to ensure the item will be shipped the same day.

Weekend and Holidays: UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday by UPS, please call us and check if that service is available in your area and the associated costs.

Returns and Exchanges

IMPORTANT - ALL CUSTOMERS: Please review the Return Policy before placing an order.

Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned

It is important to us that all of our products and services meet the highest standards. If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order.(1) If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or refund your money. If you would like to discuss the return/exchange, please call 1-888-659-0188 (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST). Our night-time answering service will not be able to help you with an exchange. That must be done during our operating hours.

A credit will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the items to process your return and/or exchange.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.


Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. If the original packaging has been damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return. The customer will be charged a return shipping fee to send the item back to the customer.(3)

Medicore Socks:

You may try on an item for fit, but it cannot be worn and the original tags must be attached. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, smell of smoke, or damaged in any way. The customer will be charged a return shipping fee to send the item back to the customer. Please make sure all tags and packaging are exactly how they were shipped to you. The items must be carefully packed to protect their packaging.

Packing Your Return:

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by Medicore. Do not mark on the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Be sure to send it in a box that will protect the original package from being damaged by the shipping carrier. If the original packaging is damaged when returned due to poor shipping packaging, those items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Discretionary Policy on Late Returns:

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. No return or exchange older than 60 days from the date of shipment will be accepted for either a refund or exchange under any circumstances. The customer will be charged a return shipping fee to send the item back to the customer.
